Today the 455th District Court of Travis County, Judge Laurie Eiserloh presiding, issued a letter instructing the parties to craft an order by January 10 that grants the City and Eppright Home’s request for a temporary injunction and orders the Defendants to stop violating the City’s noise ordinance.

The Court indicated the order should deny all other relief, including several of Defendants’ motions that sought to throw out the case on the merits.  The parties were further directed to find a trial date to decide the merits of the case, which will be determined by a jury.

The City of Bee Cave remains committed to advocating for the community and will continue working to address concerns about this development and its potential impact on the quality of life here.

When the City has more information on the final order in January, this will be shared with the public at that time.
